Challenges

Each quarter Body Evolution starts a 30 day challenge.

The challenge is to eliminate key foods that cause inflammation and discomfort in our bodies and follow a whole foods type diet for 30 days. This would include eliminating grains, gluten, dairy, legumes, and added sugars. I know this sounds scary, but totally doable for 30 days! However, since every BODY is different and it is very bio-individual, we will support individuals in their own goal for the 30 days (i.e. cut sugar, cut alcohol, eat vegetarian, eat keto, etc.)

The goal of the challenge is to reset and start the year feeling more energized by eating clean and eliminating processed food and unnecessary chemicals. Together clean eating and working out, will likely result in pounds shed and overall feeling great about our bodies in the clothes we wear! Sign up for our next challenge here!
