Bri is passionate about pilates and Group Fitness training. She's been a Pilates instructor for four years along with her certification in Group Fitness training. Her classes are vigorous and fun, working every part of your body to keeping it well balanced. "Pilates is a healthy way to exercise and is for every body!"
With a passion for exercise and an obsession for Pilates, Joclyn loves helping people find pleasure in redefining their body. She believes exercise is a catalyst for positive change that effects every aspect of one's life. Joclyn sets the stage for the high energy and good vibes in her classes.
Lindsay is a Safety Guru, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach (INHC) and Certified International Health Coach (CIHC). Over the past few years, she has dramatically improved how her body feels and performs life through diet and lifestyle changes. Lindsay has a passion to help people to make small changes to their lifestyle that will lead to big improvements in their health too.
Graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories including Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between. Through her private coaching practice, she can now lead others on their own journey to better health and fitness. Lindsay's classes are fun, personable and challenging.
Vanessa fell in love with Pilates in 2013. It has helped her transform her body and now she has a passion in helping others achieve their fitness goals. Her amazing form and physicality sets the bar for her clients in class. She's sweet, kind, and FUN to workout with!
Katie's out-going & fun personality makes her classes upbeat, motivating and fun! She's excited to help clients achieve their personal fitness goals and loves to see their improvement and body transformation.
Cynthia enjoys being active and staying fit. She believes that maintaining a consistent exercise routine between a career, work and family is key to achieving a healthy and well balanced life. She works full time as a lawyer and has a certification in yoga sculpt. She enjoys traveling, dancing and spending time with family and friends. She began teaching yoga at Body Evolution and is now Reformer & HIIT instructor. She’s sweet, calm & collective in which it flows right into each one of her classes.
Hilary's innovative classes are we'll planned and targeted to muscle groups. Her passion for Reformer Pilates and strength training motivates others to work harder and stay committed to their fitness goals.
